Are all your products hand-made? 

Yes, all our products are all hand-made (HECHO DE MANO) which means no two products are the same and may have irregularities in sizing or in stitching.  We can assure you of their quality and that they have been product-tested.  

What are your size references? 

We use American size reference.

How do I Order?

It’s so easy!  Just click on the product and add to cart.  You can add more than one item and add to cart.  Just check out when you’re done and your total bill will appear along with instructions on how to pay.

How do I pay?

For now, we accept bank account transfer and direct deposit to our BPI Account. Payment details and instructions will be given upon check out.

Orders will be reserved for 3 working days. Payments must be made within that time. Unpaid orders will be cancelled and can be sold to others.

How do I get my order?

Shipping cost will be care of buyer.  We are based in Iloilo City and we will ship through LBC.  However, given the times, please be patient with the shipping time. Items will be shipped within 3 to 7 days from receipt of payment.

Do you have a return and exchange policy?

We make sure that our pieces are delivered in very good condition. If, by any chance, the item you purchased is damaged, please email us at obrailonggo@gmail.com a photo of the damaged section within 3 working days from date of delivery.

Return packages without the Obra Ilonggo Sales Invoice will not be accepted and will be returned to customer.

But since each item is unique and one-of-a-kind as they are hand crafted, there may be a long wait for it.  If you cannot wait, the item may be exchanged with another product of equivalent value or store credits.
